French Maoists speak ; After the Presidential Election

http://democracyandclasstruggle.blogspot.in/

At the age of imperialism, finance capital dominates the sphere of production owned by the bourgeoisie. Looking for the maximum rate of profit through extortion of surplus value on the backs of the proletariat, international finance capital speculation will continue, relocations, closures.

The imperialist bourgeoisie takes advantage of the crisis of capitalism to restructure its production internationally and increase the exploitation of workers in all countries.

It is within this context of crisis that will continue will continue to exacerbate the contradictions between the old and rising imperialist powers , between monopolies, between the proletariat and bourgeoisie in each country and between imperialist and oppressed peoples and their imperialist "watchdogs" (comprador bourgeoisie / bureaucracy and feudal) in the dominated countries. At the national level, Sarkozy has undertaken reforms to the capitalist dictatorship of the bourgeoisie to maintain and strengthen.

He set in motion a process of slow fascism, which we call the modern fascism. He used some of the theses of the National Front on immigration, security, on the question of national identity. He continued the policy of imperialist intervention in Afghanistan, Libya, Africa.

It is in this context that social democracy succeeds to the right and will face deepening of the crisis and will have to manage the capitalist state apparatus. It can not overcome the capitalist crisis as the only solution is radical and means the expropriation of the means of production of the bourgeoisie, but this, "left" does not want it because it fears its own proletarian revolution.

It will therefore continue the restructuring of the bourgeois state apparatus and the capitalist system and what are the working class and the lower classes who will continue to pay the heaviest price.

Without establishing the dictatorship of the proletariat by breaking the state apparatus of the bourgeoisie, it is not possible to solve unemployment, or eliminate the problems facing the masses. The crisis of capitalism is that capital is dying, which has nothing to lose, and that is why capitalism has increasingly needs fascism to ensure its domination.

The situation is different in the 1930s, fascism takes different forms but the substance remains the same: to ensure the dictatorship of finance capital. It is within this context that the FN has progressed and it will progress, and may be the last resort of the bourgeoisie. In all European countries, rising fascism and racism develops. In Greece, neo-Nazis are entering parliament. This recalls the time when Fascism and Nazism were developing on a background of crisis and eventually gain power and together constituted an open terrorist dictatorship.

Social Democracy who trembled before the proletarian revolution had then dug the bed of fascism. Therefore, as we said in our statement at the first turn,

"Whatever the election results, prepare the revolution! '

Because no bourgeois government will solve the crisis of capitalism!

As the international banner of May 1, states: "The proletarian revolution is the only solution to the crisis of capitalism! ".

That is why we need a new type of Communist Party who's goal is the destruction of the capitalist state by the proletarian revolution and the establishment of a power of the proletariat at the head of the masses to build the socialism, and around the world.

That is why in every business, in every factory, we must unite between unionized and non-union committees in the fight; in neighborhoods, in universities, we must organize committees popular struggle, etc.. This is why we must form a true Revolutionary Anti-Capitalist Front / Anti-Fascist People's, which will join the fighting force capable of opposing the rising dangers and pass from the defensive to the balance of power and the offensive by a prolonged popular struggle, to end this system.

Whatever the election results, prepare the revolution!

Nepal Maoists hardliners form Jan Sevak bureau a la YCL: Report

Posted by redpines on May 7, 2012
According to the following article in Telegraph Nepal, the wing of the Unified Communist Party of Nepal (Maoist) led by Kiran has replaced the YCL with a new fighting force called the Janasevak Bureau. The force is reportedly led by UCPN(M) politburo member, Biplab, a radical young leader.

24 April, 2012
The panel led by nationalist leader, Mohan Baidya ‘Kiran’ of Unified Maoists’ Party, has declared formation of a separate ‘fighting force’ comprising of dissatisfied, UNMIN disqualified Militias and some YCL cadres.
The unit thus formed will be called as ‘Janasevak Bureau’ was declared amid a program in Lalitpur, April 24, 2012.
Party Leader Netra Bikram Chand ‘Biplav’ currently heads a 17 member committee that drives the unit.
Speaking at the program said party general secretary Ram Bahadur Thapa ‘Badal’ observed that “the unit was necessary because YCL has become ineffective”.
Reports Annapurna Post quoting General Secretary Thapa, “We have observed that the party leadership has diverted itself too far from our revolt objectives. The role of youth is primarily to complete the unfinished revolution.”
According to Ms. Uma Bhujel- vice coordinator of the bureau, the youths shall be used to provide security, if necessary.
“We will support the people in their productive activities and raise voice in favour of people,” also said Bhujel.
“The unit is a youth organization. It will be extended gradually to the states, districts and up to the villages. The unit shall provide security when we march in our mission,” former PLA third-division commander Uday Bahadur Chalaune told Annapurna.
“The organization will play the role similar to YCL,” concluded Chalaune.

The following statement is being circulated for signatures and to influence broad public opinion:
“We Say NO MORE”
The killing of Trayvon Martin and 2.4 million in prison make clear that there is a whole generation of Black and Latino youth who have been marked and treated as a “generation of suspects” to be murdered and jailed. This is not an issue for Black people alone but for all who care about justice; it is not a random tragedy. We say NO MORE!

India: CPI(Maoist) statement on Indian state brutality in Maad

http://southasiarev.wordpress.com/2012/05/06/india-cpimaoist-statement-on-indian-state-brutality-in-maad/#more-13162

‘Operation Green Hunt,’ the Indian state offensive against the CPI(Maoist) and their adivasi (tribal) allies, continues. Indian Army special forces are now assisting paramilitaries in the effort to harass, brutalize and displace tribals; it is also highly likely that US special forces are providing training to these groups. The following document gives an account of the effects of these operations on tribal villages:
Apart from this, in every village they entered, the government forces resorted to loot, beatings, razing of houses and destruction.
In Padko village on the southern side of Indravati River, the government forces destroyed a field. People are collectively growing vegetables, maize etc in this field. In the forest nearby this village a school is being run by the revolutionary Janatana Sarkar and hundreds of government forces attacked this school. The entire students and teachers had evacuated the school beforehand fearing attack. The police camped for two days there and wreaked havoc.

An appeal to all the democrats and patriots of our country
Condemn the brutal offensive conducted by the government armed forces in Maad !
Come forward to stop the unjust war on the most oppressed people of our country !

In the first week of March, 20 to 25 villages in Maad were crushed under the iron heels of the government armed forces. This has once again exposed the fascist and brutal face of the central and state governments who are not tiring of talking about ‘development’ of Adivasis. In this biggest offensive till date on Maad, more than three thousand armed forces were deployed. This was given the names of ‘Operation Vijay’ and ‘Operation Haka’. This massive suppressive campaign was conducted in accordance with the decisions taken at the meeting of DGPs and principal secretaries of naxal affected districts under the leadership of the central home ministry. In this nearly two week long campaign One Adivasi was murdered and another was abducted whose whereabouts are not known till now. More than two dozen villages and several innocent Adivasis became victims of violence, loot, destruction and beatings.

Arrested after Assange interview: Bahrain detains top human rights activist

Profile: FBI provocateur in Cleveland May Day Case

FBI provocateur Shaquille Azir.
Information is starting to leak out following the arrest of five anarchist activists in Cleveland.
This piece (from Raw Story) gathers information on the police informant who gained the confidence of the activists, and then set them up for serious charges.
Raw Story focused on the fact that the FBI snitch, Shaquille Azir, had a “criminal past.” And it is worth knowing that career  criminals often “get themselves in a bind” with police — and are convinced to perform work as informants.
The large and growing networks of FBI (and JTTF) operatives are not simply off-duty cops or formal FBI agents — the government can exploit and squeeze many kinds of people (including people who are facing charges, who are mentally damaged, who desperately need money etc.).

Birth of Indian Communist Party:

Communist Party of India was formed on October 17, 1920 in exile in Tashkent of then Soviet Union and it was recognized by Communist International in 1921. Since then some youth with communist ideology started working for propagating socialist ideas through their writings and speeches. For nipping in the bud of this movement Kanpur conspiracy case was filed on them alleging that they were propagating Bolshevism and organizing farmers and workers against the government. Muzaffar Ahmed, S A Dange, Shaukat Usmani, Nalini Bhushan Dasgupta and others were arrested. On November 5, 1925 Workers and Peasants party was formed in Bengal. Communist Party organizations are formed under different names in various parts of the country.

It is often claimed that the hands of law enforcement are very long and no criminal can escape its reach. It is also often explicitly stated, or implicitly assumed, that the law is impartial. The ruling elite of the country, who live off the labour of the toiling masses, try their level best to continually prove the impartiality of the legal system. This also means that whoever, be it Prashant Bhushan or Arundhati Roy, questions the impartiality of the legal system, they are tried for contempt of court.

Obama declares: May First is Loyalty Day

http://kasamaproject.org/

“NOW, THEREFORE, I, BARACK OBAMA, President of the United States of America, do hereby proclaim May 1, 2012, as Loyalty Day. This Loyalty Day, I call upon all the people of the United States to join in support of this national observance, whether by displaying the flag of the United States or pledging allegiance to the Republic for which it stands.”
This is not a parody. The following declaration was signed by Barak Obama and posted on White House.gov. (Thanks Corey.)

Note: This same day, Obama has declared the U.S. occupying troops will not leave Afghanistan for a decade.
A question for those who say “Obama: Four more years” — is that even possible  after Obama says “Afghanistan: Ten more years”?!

On Loyalty Day, we reflect on that proud heritage and press on in the long journey toward prosperity for all.

PUDR Statement condemning Central Government’s “arrest or kill” policy against Naxalites

http://sanhati.com/articles/5002/April 30, 2012
PUDR condemns the Central Governments admission of its `arrest or kill’ policy against Naxalites, before the Standing Committee on Home Affairs by the Home Secretary, Mr. R.K. Singh on April 4, 2012.
From the time, that the Prime Minister first identified `Left Wing Extremism’ as the single largest threat, to the massive deployment of paramilitary forces in anti-naxal operations under the code-named Operation Green Hunt, to the latest disclosure, there can be very little doubt over the fact that when it comes to Maoists, the Indian State does not believe in respecting its commitments to constitutional norms concerning lives and liberties of its citizens.
Fact findings conducted in Chattisgarh, Jharkhand, Orissa and West Bengal by PUDR and other democratic rights organizations have pointed to cases of increasing intimidation, arrests, torture, custodial rape, targeted killings and encounters in the course of Operation Green Hunt. To date, none of the officials perpetuating such crimes have been brought to trial. In fact Governments have gone out of their way to award some senior officials like Ankit Garg SP of Dantewada, on whose orders Soni Sori, a tribal accused of being a Maoist was raped and tortured, with Gallantry medals.
Despite the Planning Commission’s own report on the social roots of Maoism, the Indian State has persisted with military suppression and refused to back down from its savage war for development.
The latest admission brings out the nature of the `dirty war’ being fought by the Government to benefit corporatist development. It also brings out the hypocrisy of the parliament and the opinion-makers who acquiesce, if not sanction, policy of individual annihilation by the government forces.
